
Marketing and Brand Communications Strategist
The Marketing & Brand Communications Strategist is responsible for leading marketing initiatives and evolving our brand to optimize customer acquisition and engagement. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth through strategy development, digital marketing, content creation, and brand stewardship.
Role Overview
- Collaborate with the CRO to develop marketing ideas and a content calendar.
- Contribute to sales team discussions to generate ideas for business improvement.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor performance metrics.
- Plan and oversee the content calendar, working cross-functionally to implement campaigns. Content includes social media posts, email marketing, customer inserts, and print publications
- Support weekly priorities as needed, which may include
- Website updates
- Paid search campaigns
- Public relations outreach
- Market research and trend analysis
- Proofreading and editing marketing materials
- Creating and analyzing customer surveys
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop tactical digital marketing plans using tools such as SEM, SEO, display ads, retargeting, video, and social media for a B2C audience.
- Create and implement strategies to improve follower growth and engagement on all relevant social platforms
- Lead the development and execution of a refreshed social media strategy
- Track key performance indicators and other metrics to evaluate marketing and sales effectiveness and return on investment
- Own and analyze metrics related to the onboarding funnel understanding how users enter the system, onboard, and convert
- Leverage data insights to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly written

- Experience with Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media, and Google Suite
