Social Media Strategy & Content Creation (40%)

As the primary focus of this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and creating engaging visual content using Canva and CapCut, including graphics, images, and short-form videos for Instagram Reels. You'll help maintain our clients' content libraries by tracking evergreen assets and contributing fresh ideas to content calendars. A key part of this work involves staying current with social media trends, identifying relevant hashtags and influencer content that can be adapted across our client channels. Public Relations Research & Campaign Support (30%)

Supporting our PR efforts, you'll track client media mentions using Google Alerts and maintain detailed media placement logs. This role includes researching and building comprehensive lists of relevant journalists, bloggers, and influencers for our campaigns, along with verifying contact information and updating our media databases. You'll also assist in developing press kits and face sheets for client events, ensuring our PR materials are organized and accessible.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis (20%)

Your research skills will be essential in conducting trend analysis to help our clients capitalize on emerging content formats and trending audio. You'll review competitor social media strategies and analyze their approaches for potential adaptation to our clients' needs. A significant component involves preparing monthly presentations on the marketing landscape, covering algorithm updates, new tools and resources, and identifying valuable professional development opportunities like conferences and workshops.

Operations & Administrative Support (10%)

To ensure smooth agency operations, you'll help organize digital assets by transferring content from client Apple shared albums to our Google Drive filing system.
