Marketing and Growth Intern
About Us:
topQuantUnis.com is a new, fast-growing, university ranking platform that helps students plan for their future in quantitative finance. We analyze real-world LinkedIn data to analyze which universities send the most grads to top trading, research, and development roles — giving students a more objective view into career outcomes.
We’re looking for a creative and motivated intern to help us grow. You’ll support content promotion and creation, help build a new interview series, assist with blog posts and SEO, and collaborate directly with the founder on real growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the founder to execute brand growth initiatives
- Grow platform followings and create content on TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other niche platforms
- Research and reach out to professionals or recent grads for short Q&A-style interviews
- Help plan, write, and distribute a monthly newsletter with interview highlights and site updates
- Contribute to blog posts, including competitor comparisons (e.g. “Top Schools for Citadel”) and topic deep dives (e.g. “MIT vs Princeton for Quant Roles”)
- Assist with SEO tasks like keyword research, backlink outreach, and analytics
Support early sponsor outreach and acquisition strategy
Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's program (required)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with building social media accounts from the ground up (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, etc)
- Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- Interested in marketing, content, finance, or startup growth
- Be a fun person. Chill even.
- Nice to have: experience with SEO, blogging, email marketing (Mailchimp, Substack), or journalism

Compensation:
- $18.00/hour - $25.00/hour
- Performance bonus for content performance, traffic growth, successful interview outreach, or sponsor leads
