About You

We are looking for a vibrant digital marketing professional to join our awesome marketing team in our Portsmouth, NH office. A vital part of the FBR team, as the Digital Marketing Specialist  you will develop, implement, and track various digital marketing programs to grow our business and help our clients be more successful. If you’ve ever been described as a go-getter, this might just be your job.

  • Goal-oriented. Highly motivated and organized. Capable of planning your work and working your plan. 

Here is what you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and track marketing initiatives via internal planning docs 
  • Assist B2B & B2C Marketing Directors with digital marketing projects (website updates, advertising, email & landing pages)
  • Planning and drafting of social media content, social media writing, designing digital assets, posting and monitoring performance
  • Management and organization of client and stock photography images, ads, & other digital assets
  • Ongoing reporting for paid search, web traffic, and social media performance
  • Support marketing team with various production tasks, including virtual and live events, logistics and coordination of events, creation of slide decks, and event promotion.
  • Support in the creation of B2B and B2C content for blogs
  • Create email drafts, send test emails to internal team members, schedule emails
  • Update B2C website - clients brand pages and other site content as needed 
  • Management of videos -  uploading videos to YouTube and Vimeo, editing for videos, coordinating video content for presentations, events (FBR Summit), etc.
  • Creation of marketing materials for events, social media posts, and website graphics using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure that all creative outputs are consistent with our brand guidelines.

About you and the skills you need here:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing channels, tools, and SEO best practices.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, basic HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, social media campaigns, MailChimp, or similar programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to think both creatively and strategically, with detailed execution.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects/priorities.
  • Strong computer skills (we are an Apple-based company).
  • A degree in marketing/digital media or a related field is preferred.
