Business Development Manager

 

Business Development Manager – Habits365 Greek

 

The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate who was involved in Greek life—especially someone who served as a merch chair or helped coordinate custom apparel for their chapter.

 

Type: Full-Time Contractor (1099)

 

Location: Remote/Anywhere

 

Compensation: Base pay + commission (Earning Potential: $50,000+)

 

Start Date: July / August 2025

About Us: Habits365 Greek is a custom apparel brand for fraternities and sororities. We create premium, fully personalized merch—like embroidered hoodies, baby tees, and full sets—built to reflect the identity of each chapter. No templates, no shortcuts—just standout gear with real meaning.

 

 

The Role: As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of Greek life interns who represent Habits365 Greek on campus. You’ll lead weekly training and check-ins, guide their outreach and sales strategy, and provide real-time support to help them close deals. You’ll also track intern performance and coordinate with our design and production teams to bring chapter orders to life.

 

 

What We're Looking For: You should be someone who was involved in Greek life, ideally with experience handling merch or organizing chapter orders. You’re confident, organized, and comfortable leading a team. You enjoy coaching others, working remotely, and seeing your team succeed. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or student leadership is a plus, but not required.

 

 

Compensation & Growth: This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours. You’ll receive base pay plus commission based on intern sales, and high performers will have the opportunity to grow into team lead or manager-level positions as we expand.
