About the Role
We are seeking an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to represent well-known brands and support the sale of their products and services inside major retail locations, such as big box stores. This is a customer-facing position that involves leading retail sales efforts, assisting with in-store events, and supporting brand awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent assigned brands professionally and accurately in-store.
• Assist with planning and executing in-store promotions and product demonstrations.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Lead a small team of brand ambassadors or retail sales associates during events.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Track sales performance and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and brand teams to align on goals and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, company guidelines, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• BS in Business or Marketing related fields a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
• Leadership potential and willingness to take initiative.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and/or holidays as needed.
• 18+ as required by state law
