Amazon Growth Manager 

 

Outova, headquartered in the Dallas/Fort Worth (Texas), Texas market, we are seeking a talented Amazon Growth Manager.  

 

Position Overview: 

The Amazon Growth Manager is responsible for leading Outova’s strategy, execution, and optimization on Amazon and other online marketplaces. This role is focused on driving revenue, increasing market share, and managing the full P&L for the Amazon channel. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Amazon Seller Central (and/or Vendor Central), a strong performance marketing background, and a sharp analytical mind. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Own and manage all aspects of the Amazon business including operations, catalog, pricing, inventory, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales, profitability, and product visibility on Amazon.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in Seller Central (or Vendor Central), ensuring compliance, catalog accuracy, and timely fulfillment.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, images), and manage enhanced brand content.
  • Lead Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP, retargeting, etc.), analyzing performance and adjusting strategies to maximize ROAS.
  • Manage promotions, Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns to capitalize on high-volume shopping periods.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure adequate stock, manage FBA inventory, and minimize stockouts or overages.
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback, proactively addressing issues and driving reputation management.
  • Analyze sales reports, competitive data, and category trends to inform pricing, product development, and strategy decisions.
  • Work closely with finance and executive leadership to manage Amazon budgets, forecasting, and margin optimization.

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA a plus.
  • 4–6+ years of Amazon marketplace experience, with demonstrated success growing a brand or product line.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (Vendor Central a plus), including PPC campaign management, FBA logistics, and SEO optimization.
  • Experience managing 6–8 figure revenue channels on Amazon.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Pacvue.
  • Experience with consumer products or home/garden/outdoor categories is a major plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and results-oriented environment.

  • Can balance long-term brand equity with short-term performance gains.
  • Meticulous in managing listings, compliance, and customer experience.
  • Effective working across departments (creative, operations, finance).
  • Clear, proactive communicator able to present strategy and performance to executives.
  • Ownership mentality, always testing, iterating, and pushing for growth

 

Physical Activities: 

Daily activity includes but is not limited to: 

  • Prolonged periods working at a desk and on a computer.
  • Occasional travel to trade shows, vendor meetings, or Amazon events.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs for product handling or sample review (as needed).
