Seeking Founding Partners for AI Consulting Startup | Equity-Based | Remote-Friendly / Local Preferred

We’re launching a lean, agile AI consulting firm focused on helping businesses unlock growth through automation, analytics, and custom AI solutions. We’re looking for 1–3 driven, entrepreneurial founding partners to join us immediately.

AI is moving fast — and so is the market. Right now, countless business owners are eager to adapt but fearful of being left behind. About Us

We’re building a firm that leverages:

  • Zoho One as our all-in-one ERP, CRM, and BI platform
  • Lovable AI for client-facing dashboards and service integration
  • Additional AI tools for automation, UGC content, lead gen, analytics, and more

We’re offering end-to-end solutions to clients in:

  • Lead Generation & Funnel Building
  • CRM / ERP Setup & Optimization
  • AI-Driven Business Intelligence
  • AI-Powered UGC & TikTok Ad Creation
  • Social Media Strategy & Automation
  • AI Video Creation for Branding & Sales

 

Who We’re Looking For

We're seeking co-founders with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Lead Gen / AI-Powered Outreach
  • CRM/ERP Architecture (Zoho preferred)
  • Video & Content Creation (UGC, TikTok, Reels)
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Social Media Growth / Automation
  • AI Development or Automation Strategy (optional)

Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like Zoho, Lovable AI, OpenAI, Midjourney, Runway, Descript, etc.

 

Location

We prefer local teammates (for closer collaboration), but remote partners are welcome if you’re reliable, communicative, and all-in.

 Compensation Model

This is a startup equity-based role. We are bootstrapping and do not plan to pay salaries initially.

We offer:

  • Equity shares (5–10%) depending on contribution
  • Profit-sharing structure capped at 20–30% split across partners
  • A clear track to early revenue and profit from real client work
  • Zoho One (ERP, CRM, BI, Campaigns, Projects)
  • Lovable AI (Custom Dashboards + Automation)
  • AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, Pika, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
  • Slack / Notion / ClickUp (team comms + ops)
  • Other tools as needed — you’ll help shape this too
