Warehouse and E-Commerce Operations Associate

The Warehouse and E-Commerce Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of Solei Sea. This position involves both administrative and physical tasks, working closely with the company owners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing and Fulfillment: Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently for several hours each day.

Inventory Management: Organize, track, and maintain inventory in the warehouse; assist with periodic stock counts and product organization.

E-Commerce Support: Utilize order management software such as Shopify and Apparel Magic to process orders, update inventory, and manage customer data.

Tech-Savvy Operations: Assist with digital tasks including order entry, data management, and troubleshooting basic software issues.

Collaboration: Work closely with the owners to support business operations, communicate updates, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all outgoing orders meet company standards for presentation and accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree is strongly preferred.

Interest in Fashion: A strong passion for fashion and a desire to contribute to a dynamic, creative brand.

Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers, web browsers, and basic office software. Experience with Shopify and Apparel Magic is not required—training will be provided.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately pack and ship orders, manage inventory, and follow detailed instructions.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to maintain warehouse order and efficiency.

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate closely with owners and adapt to changing business needs.

Physical Capability: Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods during warehouse shifts.
