As we scale, we’re seeking a highly adaptable Operations Specialist Intern to support cross-functional initiatives and help drive internal efficiency across our continuously evolving workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Learn end-to-end sourcing and recruiting workflows for a wide range of global tech roles
- Analyze performance data from AI-powered virtual sourcers and propose ways to optimize their usage across teams
- Support the generation, configuration, and tracking of virtual sourcer accounts
- Provide cross-functional operational support for high-priority initiatives involving Recruiting, Business Development, and Technology teams
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to internal improvement projects that strengthen collaboration, streamline workflows, and drive execution excellence
Who You Are
- A current undergraduate or graduate student with a strong interest in operations, recruiting tech, or business strategy
- Resourceful and proactive, with a strong can-do attitude and willingness to take on varied responsibilities
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and operate effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent at communicating across functions and managing up to keep stakeholders aligned
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
