
Executive & Household Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and motivated Executive & Household Operations Assistant to support a law firm owner with both professional and personal responsibilities. This unique, full-time position offers exposure to multiple industries, including legal services, small business operations, interior design, event planning, and client/vendor management—ideal for a recent college graduate seeking to build diverse, real-world experience over a 1 to 2-year term.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional / Office Support:
- Provide administrative assistance for day-to-day operations at a boutique law firm
- Support executive calendar management, including scheduling and confirmations
- Liaise professionally with vendors, contractors, clients, and other professionals
- Assist with office relocation planning, coordination, and setup
- Handle tasks such as filing, organizing, basic troubleshooting, and office supply management
Personal / Household Management:
- Act as home manager overseeing coordination of home maintenance, décor projects, and household tasks
- Assist with interior design projects, including research, vendor communication, and sourcing materials
- Coordinate personal appointments, household schedules, and family logistics
- Support planning and execution of events—both personal and professional
- Run errands, manage online orders, and handle special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Interest or background in interior design, event planning, business, or law is a plus
- Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with calendar systems, email, and task management tools
- Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive attitude are essential
Position Details:
