Talent Analyst

Description

The Talent Analyst sources top talent (“candidates”) to fulfill open job orders and develop the candidate matrix. This position is responsible for supporting sales and recruiting objectives while achieving performance metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Identify candidates and/or job seekers using job boards, internet searches, social media, professional networking events, existing internal database, referrals, and more.

· Perform sourcing activities including initial outreach via phone or email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.

· Update, review, and actively utilize a candidate skills matrix.

· Perform weekly pre-screens and/or matrix sourcing according to established activity goals.

· Generate leads via candidate interactions that support business development/sales and recruitment efforts.

· Consistently utilize Applicant Tracking System to log all activity.

· Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience. Minimum base salary for this position is $45,000. The position is also eligible for uncapped commission earnings based upon achievement of performance objectives.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree required. 

Technical Skills:

· Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite

· Experience with Bullhorn preferred.

Basic Skills:

· Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results driven.

Travel:

<10% -Occasional travel to annual conference or client sites
