Sales Trainee (Leadership Track)

About the Role:
The Connecticut Team is looking for energetic individuals to join our Sales Trainee Program — designed to help you launch a long-term career in sales and leadership. If you're motivated, coachable, and ready to start your professional journey, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll learn the foundations of direct sales, customer communication, and account management — all while working hands-on with clients and team members. The goal? Prepare you for rapid growth into leadership roles within our company.

What You’ll Do:

Meet directly with customers to present products and services

Learn to manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing

Participate in daily training and team development meetings

Track goals and progress while supporting team initiatives

Learn the ins and outs of sales strategy, client retention, and territory management
