Lifecycle Marketing Intern

Position Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Intern plays a key role in crafting and implementing email marketing campaigns aimed at boosting consumer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue across all stages of the customer journey. This position involves delving into customer behavior insights and utilizing marketing automation tools to deliver personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement lifecycle marketing email strategies aimed at boosting customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Manage customer segmentation and targeting tactics to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Plan and execute various email marketing initiatives, such as promotional campaigns, newsletters, and triggered messages.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to refine strategies and enhance ROI
  • Collaborate closely with teams across departments.
  • Establish and refine a testing and experimentation strategy to continually enhance campaign performance and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Currently a sophomore or above, majoring in Marketing or similar field of study
  • Basic knowledge of Canva for asset manipulation
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation is a plus
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as MailChimp, Listrak, or Pardot is a plus
  • Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design is a plus
