Required Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Automotive Mgt., or a related field.

Preferred Certification:
• ASE C1 certification or equivalent experience in service consulting.

Required Skills/Experience:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, preferably as a service advisor, service manager, or trainer.
• Strong understanding of dealership workflows, customer service principles, and service advisor responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and general AI tools for content development.
• Ability to interpret complex service processes and customer interactions and translate them into clear, engaging instructional content.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience working in an Acura dealership service department.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and maintain storyboards and instructional content for online self-study training modules tailored to automotive service advisors, ensuring alignment with customer service best practices, dealership processes, and brand standards.
• Conduct market research and analyze service advisor performance data and learner feedback to identify training needs, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and dealership personnel to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging.
• Manage and contribute to special projects related to service advisor development, customer experience, and dealership operations.
• Use Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and other digital tools to create, edit, and maintain instructional materials and e-learning content in an office environment.
• Work closely with SMEs to translate dealership processes and customer service strategies into effective training content.
