Client Support Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Directly engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored product and service solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Guide customers through our services and product offerings, ensuring clarity and satisfaction while overcoming any objections.
  • Drive new customer enrollment through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, building rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and upsell additional products.
  • Participate in team meetings and webinars to stay informed about the latest product updates, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the  Account Management team to set sales goals, track progress, and refine sales tactics.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a similar field.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to close sales.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with new customers, upsell products, and meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing customer needs and sales priorities.
  • A strong team player with a drive to achieve success.
