Food and Beverage Director

The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for developing a general concessions menu as well as developing a 36 home game buffet style pre game and post game meal for 100 people.  The F&B Director will plan the full season of team meals as well as hire at least one Assistant Food and Beverage Director to assist in the process and operate the field concessions during home college games and weekdays for the recreational league.

The Food and Beverage Director will work with the General Manager on food and beverage directors and will manage inventory to work within the capabilities of the park as well as the back up facility.

The Food and Beverage Director will also work with the Sales and Marketing team in planning, developing, and preparing special meals for group outings.

Lastly, the Food and Beverage Director will work with the Leadership Team in hiring operational staff members and volunteers to help with complete operation of the program.
