Director of Student Services

The School District of Baraboo is seeking an innovative Director of Student Services. This person is responsible for administering, supervising and initiating the District’s programs for children with special needs and/or disabilities, consistent with Board of Education policies and in accordance with laws of the State and Federal government. Master’s Degree; current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Director of Instruction License (5080); excellent communication, supervisory, and management skills; and demonstrated strong instructional leadership ability. Prior experience as building administrator and/or Director of Student Services is preferred.

Preferred candidates will have at least three years of successful teaching, administrative or supervisory experience in the public schools is preferred. Possess the ability to communicate effectively and command a high energy level.
