Outside Sales Representative

We’re looking for a self-motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for finding and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our wide range of creative and manufacturing services to clothing brands, businesses, schools, and organizations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, walk-ins, events, and referrals
  • Pitch MNSR Studios’ services and capabilities with confidence and professionalism
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure client expectations are met
  • Identify partnership opportunities with schools, gyms, local brands, and small businesses

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or outside sales (preferably in apparel, print, or creative services)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a hustler mindset and ability to work independently
  • Passion for fashion, branding, or creative industries is a plus
  • Familiarity with screen printing, embroidery, DTG, or merchandising is a bonus
