Freight Broker

We’re looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as entry-level freight brokers. This is a full-commission role with massive income potential for those who are hungry, driven, and ready to work.

What You’ll Do:

• Make 50–100 cold calls per day to shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates, book freight, and manage the full shipment process
• Track loads from pickup to delivery and handle any issues along the way
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and follow through on invoicing
• Build long-term relationships with customers through consistency and hustle

What We’re Looking For:

• A sales-minded, entrepreneurial attitude
• Strong communication skills and willingness to make high-volume cold calls
• Ability to manage details, stay organized, and follow through
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Must have a phone, laptop, and internet access (if working remotely)
