🔹 Internship Overview
As a Sales & Proposal Writing Intern, you’ll join a dynamic and purpose-driven team contributing to nationwide housing impact. This role combines business development, strategic communications, and real-world analytics to support our growth while helping people stay in safe, affordable homes.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working across departments—sales, product, marketing, and field operations—while receiving direct mentorship from senior leaders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Management
Build and maintain curated lead lists
Qualify inbound leads and conduct strategic follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot/Salesforce
🔹 Proposal & Content Development
Draft compelling client-facing proposals
Polish presentation materials and decks
Support messaging for key stakeholders and housing authorities
Research prospect needs, markets, and pain points
🔹 Analytics & Reporting
Track lead conversion metrics and segment prospects
Generate insights from sales data
Identify trends and areas for opportunity

Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
Strong research and analytical thinking
Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, Canva, and willing to learn HubSpot or Salesforce
Motivated, detail-oriented, and aligned with our mission of creating meaningful change through housing
