What You'll Do:

As our Salon Manager, you’ll lead a team of talented professionals in delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You'll be responsible for driving performance, inspiring the team, solving problems with creativity and confidence, and ensuring every client leaves feeling valued and refreshed.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Experience in purchasing and stocking products
  • Familiarity with payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
  • Effective negotiation and interviewing skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
