“The community was incredibly inclusive. We had meetings once a week with the Chief of Staff, where we got to talk once a week about the pros and cons of working in our departments. Additionally, as I worked in three different departments (Student Programs and Services, Leadership Innovation and Outreach, and Career Technical Education) the employees were extremely helpful, and worked with me if I ever got stuck on a project. I never felt out of place while working at RCOE. To this day, I'm still in contact with the connections I made over the summer.”
