Alpha Phi Omega is the single most represented co-educational intercollegiate service organization in the United States. Since 1925, more than 500,000 members on more than 375 campuses continue to provide more service on more campuses than any other collegiate service organization. Founded on the Cardinal Principles of Leadership, Friendship and Service, the Fraternity provides its members the opportunity to develop leadership skills as they volunteer on their campus, in their community, for the nation and for the organization.
Vision and Mission Statement: We create inclusive communities for a more peaceful world in which to make a life, by developing leaders, uniting members through friendship and rendering service to all.
Leadership
The Fraternity has several leadership programs to help members become better leaders by developing their own skills and helping their fellow members to do the same.
Friendship
Alpha Phi Omega seeks to develop friendships and to help all members develop a sense of brotherhood by shared experiences through understanding the fraternal history and goals of creating community.
Service
The organization's service program provides opportunities to serve in a variety of ways and encourages members to constantly challenge themselves to come up with new, innovative ways to serve their campuses, communities, nation and Fraternity.
